I made the golden milk for the first time today, I only had powdered spices and did not have cardamom (had to look it up and learned it's part of the ginger family 😁) however I found my chai tea that had cardamom.. added it along with bee pollen once the milk cooled down a little. Best drink ever.🐚

Hi Cambria! Your videos have always been such a bright light of encouragement on my health journey. This year especially has been a huge struggle for me, and it’s been hard to stay hopeful… I’ve been wanting to share a little about my story, but it was all still too fresh a few months ago. Since you have been discussing fertility and hormones so much recently, I felt like this was a safe space to share some of my similar struggles! (*trigger warnings: baby loss*) My husband and I were married May 13th of last year, and then at the beginning of July we found out that we were expecting our very first child! Everything seemed to go alright for the entire pregnancy. But then in January of this year, I delivered our beautiful baby girl, Stella, stillborn at almost 34 weeks. At my last doctor's appointment before I ended up in the hospital, I had elevated blood pressure, and they already knew I was at risk because I also have a genetic blood clotting disorder (Factor V Leiden). They said my pressure wasn't high enough that they had to do anything about it and it was fine. Well, because they did not play on the cautious side, 10 days later I was in the hospital with pressures of 180/103. The protein in my urine was three times what it should be. I had severe preeclampsia, and our baby had passed. I genuinely believe that had I had access to healthcare that wasn't negligent and dismissive, my baby would still be here. I have also had a miscarriage since our January stillbirth, and my old doctor didn’t even address it and basically waved me off when I went in for a follow up. I believe that there has to be some underlying issues causing these losses, and possibly other symptoms that I have lived with for years (constant fatigue, difficulty managing weight, extreme anxiety and stress, years of insomnia, etc). I am ready to find out once and for all what the root cause is for all of these problems. So I just finally made appointments with a very Christian NaPro fertility doctor, that my friend recommended. I’m hoping that by this time next year, we will have found and treated some of my underlying issues, and that we will have a baby in our arms. I’ve followed you since your breelovesbeauty days, and you’ve always helped me to feel so motivated and encouraged. I just wanted you to know I’ve resonated so much with your own fertility journey, and now with my own losses I feel it on such a deep level. Our own baby’s name means “star”! I’m sure that our little ones are together in heaven praying for us! God really has been my sole comfort these last few months. I keep saying, bless the wound that pushes you closer to God! The entire time I was in the hospital, the only thing I could keep saying to myself was that “the Lord gave and the Lord has taken away, blessed be the name of the Lord!” The only comfort I had was imagining our baby already enjoying her final resting place of indescribable joy. She never had to feel any pain. I’ll be praying for you and Bo as you continue on your own journey! ♥️🐚

I am so happy that you are certified and continuing to help people understand their blood panels! Lila Rose had a doctor on her show who used to work in IVF and now is more on the holistic side of things. Often problems are glossed over and OVF is slapped on like a band-aid without really fixing the root cause of fertility and hormone issues. 🐚
